Hello. Given that it is not possible for me to complete the last combo, please provide a solution.
I came to this site with the same customer service number at the invitation of someone. The purchase order was supposed to be a small amount. However, suddenly the amount of the order from the Amazon site increased and I could not continue. Now, my money is gone and it will not return to my account.
Please help. My money will be returned to my account.

I have stopped using Amazon Web Services (AWS). I had an account where I could spin up virtual machines.
I signed up for the free tier, yet Amazon keeps taking money out of my checking account. I've cancelled this service, yet they keep taking my money.
I have submitted several tech support tickets and there has been no response. How do I get them to stop billing me?

I didn't sign up or port in for AWS hacking to placed on my phone service, all it's done is mess up my sim and phone service and has given unauthorized access to my privacy allowing for your advisors to steal or hijack my conversations through various apps and messaging services. Can't update my credit card and my website account will be suspended
My former IT person set up the account and we do not have access to the e-mail or the MFA that this goes to. I have the user ID and password and all I want to do is pay my bill but can't get in.
I have been going nowhere with people in India for over a week. I am the owner of the business. My credit card with my name on it is being charged but I cannot change anything on my account. This is the absolute worst experience.
It is a total joke, you cannot talk to a live human being who can solve the problem.
Just a clueless call center, then I get automated e-mails telling me I need to log in to change it. I CAN'T LOG IN that is the problem I am super pissed and don't know how to solve it.

My professor instructed us to create an account with AWS at the beginning of the semester. I did this, knowing that I would have a specific allotment of data.
Then, I gave them my debit card to cover any excess use. I did this, but it expired.
I have given them a new card, but they never received the information. Lastly, I tried to email them, but I was told that they only wanted business email addresses, not personal ones.

Constant Emails about “Overdue” Payments
I was told to use Amazon Web Services by my professor. I set up a payment plan using a debit card.
It expired, so I attempted to change the method of payment.
It claimed that I had made the change successfully, but that doesnt seem to be the case. Then, I sent an email, but it was not accepted by the system since it is a personal email address, not a business account.

When I called the number, they couldn't redirect me to the department I needed. They said they didn't have a phone number for AWS.
How can this be? Amazon is billing me every month for a virtual machine that I used once and then I disconnected. Yet, they keep taking money out of my checking account.
I can't block them because it may hurt my credit rating if they decide to contact credit reporting agencies if the payment doesn't go through. How can I get them to stop billing me?
