WARNING ABOUT AMAZON WEB SERVICES!!!
I truly give up. I don't know how affiliated Amazon Web Services is with Amazon, but I am noticing that it's impossible to contact either one because they use "an address that does not accept incoming e-mails," a clear sign that they have PLENTY TO HIDE!!!
I have made it VERY CLEAR to them that I do not want their services because 1) they refuse to give me full details of what their services offer 2) they had a female agent whose command of English was obviously inadequate because she understood nothing of what I said to her and I found her to be incomprehensible to me as well 3) that agent called me AT 1:20 AM to give me her incomprehensible babbling in which she gave me ABSOLUTELY NO ANSWER FOR REQUESTED INFORMATION. Anyone who says I am talking nonsense should face an agent like her and see what real nonsense sounds like!
They persist in sending me notices that my account is past due and that they have charged me for it. One thing they are going to discover very soon is that the account information that they have is from a debit card that the bank deactivated because I found a fraudulent charge in my account; I have a new debit card now and I am not about to give the information to outright thieves!
I tried to write to them and to send them the documents to illustrate why I am complaining, but of course, they make that impossible to do. I would advise anyone looking for some sort of web service to STEER CLEAR OF AMAZON WEB SERVICES AT ALL COSTS BEFORE THEY ARE TOLD TO PAY ALL COSTS FOR NOTHING!!!
I have already filed a review against Amazon and they have their own inadequacies that I have described most accurately, but clearly, they aren't going to hear a word that I have to say, probably because they employ many people with such inadequate command of English as the agent who dared to call me at an ungodly hour! I am washing my hands of AWS and have another service that was very clear for what I would be paying, so why should I pay money when the provider won't even tell me what they are providing?

- None to mention if you like calls in the middle of the night
- If you want someone who knows competent english
Preferred solution: REMOVE ME FROM YOUR MAILING LIST AND LEAVE ME ALONE FOREVER!!!
